- Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
- If shipping volume is particularly high, your package’s first scan may not occur until it arrives at a regional hub near the final destination. Until this scan happens, the carrier may not officially record the package as received.
- In certain instances, the package scan may only happen when it arrives.
- Delays in updating the tracking database can occasionally occur.
- Some shipping methods, particularly Standard International, don't include tracking. However, your package will still arrive by the 20th or 25th business day.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
- The delivery estimate is created by adding the transit time to the shipping date.
- Your selected shipping method influences the transit time, which is calculated using business days. Typically, weekends don’t count, but weekend delivery options will include them. Additionally, we account for holidays in calculating the transit time to give you an accurate delivery window.
- For certain dates, an "order within" countdown timer may be displayed to show you the time frame in which you need to place your order for timely delivery. The date is subject to change before placing your order, and you will receive your final delivery date via email confirmation.
- If you choose Free Shipping, your order will arrive within 7 to 25 business days. We take a cost-efficient approach to shipping to provide this free service, which might sometimes cause a slight delay in processing. However, we guarantee that your order will still be delivered within the expected timeframe.

- If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
